At Life, Leash & Home, we work with fulfillment partners to get your order from our store to your door.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
During periods of high order volume, holidays, or other circumstances, processing may take longer than usual.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
United States:
Estimated delivery: 5 to 13 business days
Canada:
Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days
International:
Estimated delivery: 7 to 20 business days]
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, products ordered, and available shipping method.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details after your order has shipped.
Please allow [24–72 hours] for tracking information to begin updating after the shipping carrier receives the package.
Delayed Orders
Occasionally, shipments may experience delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at lifeleashhome@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged when delivered, please document the damage and contact us at lifeleashhome@gmail.com.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location before contacting us.
We'll work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
