At Life, Leash & Home, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within [30] days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item should be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, customize or other product-specific reasons.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video showing the item and packaging
We'll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Final Sale Items
